Adisorn
& Associates Ltd. was founded in 1978 in Bangkok, Thailand
as a Certified Public Accountant. Thereafter, Pichayasarn
& Associates Ltd. was formed to meet our clients’
need.
We offer a wide range of professional and business services
including audit and tax services, value-added corporate and
legal services, and company secretarial services. From our
office in Bangkok’s business centre, we serve both national
and international clients |

OUR
GLOBAL RELATIONSHIP

We
have strengthened our global relationship to enhance our ability
to serve our clients at the international level. Currently
we expand our network throughout Asia, America, Europe, and
Arab world. We are a council member of ASNAF (The Asian Nation
Accounting Firms), which has established strategic alliances
partners with Fidunion International, and Talal Abu Ghazaleh
International. The alliances have created the strong bond
among over 300 offices worldwide. |

Our
philosophy is predicated on highly personal service and strong desire
to help our clients succeed. We accomplish this by getting involved
in understanding the client’s business and serving the client
with the highest quality of professional service. We have also established
close links with international reputed firms. Thus our services
are rendered in compliance with uniformly high standards.
In
accordance with our total service concept, we designed a coordinating
team composed of one partner/manager each from our audit, tax, and
corporate and legal services firm with considerate experience association
with one of big five firms. We provide continuous year-round consulting
service to every client that we handle. The special expertise of
these personnel helps assure that all of our clients’ problems
can be addressed to personnel familiar with the unique circumstances
of the client.
