Permit, which is valid only for the period of the alien’s
Non-Immigration visa permits him to remain in Thailand under
the Immigration law, has to be renewed annually. After the
work permit extension is approved, visa may be extended accordingly.
An evidence of the payment of taxes for the previous year
has to be shown when an individual applies for a renewal of
visa. The payment of taxes must also be in accordance with
the amount of salary under the Revenue Code. |
